Stevenson Place Unit

The Buildingwise residential construction Project in Stevenson Place, Newcastle East consisted of alterations and additions to an existing unit including relocation of internal walls, construction of a new kitchen, bathrooms and laundry, renewal of floor and wall finishes and renewal of balcony windows/doors. 

All materials used on this project were custom made and hand chosen by the client. 

We used whole timber slabs to create the drawer fronts so that the timber grain is consistent throughout the entire kitchen, and we concealed the custom structural range hood with timber. 

We also included finishing touches such as: Hand built Japanese shoji style doors. 

Large amount of automation in the property to allow for easy living. 

Detail in every single aspect of the house, including the bedroom doors, the cupboards, the ceilings, the vanities all the way through to the strip drains to suit the falls in the bathrooms
