SDA Office Fitout

Buildingwise Construction’s SDA project consisted of a commercial office fitout that would transform their office with a modern, industrial vibe to support their brand personality and fun though professional culture. 

We used a bulkhead on the ceiling to expose the off form concrete ceiling and house the air conditioning unit to combine overall style with functionality. 

To soften the look and demonstrate skill, we created a curved feature wall that included hidden doors over the fridge and switch/data boards, polished concrete floors, and niche joinery with ribbed panels. 

The concrete planter box was constructed by Buildingwise, using a fabricated steel framed base with caster wheels for easy maneuvering, then a precast concrete planter box was attached to the base. Plus, we fabricated the powder coated steel shelving frame and completed the unit with timber shelves. 

SDA were extremely happy with the outcome and look forward to enjoying their space for a long time to come.
