Rowan Lane

Our residential building project on Rowan Lane, Merewether was construction of a four storey dwelling with associated site and civil works. 

We developed a dwelling that satisfied the needs of our clients family, and created a home that had been in their minds for a long time. The project began in May 2020 and completed in October 2021. 

The client was looking for an architectural home that still retained warmth and functionality, and took advantage of the space available in the best way possible. 

To achieve this, we used the highest quality materials, including Austral architect smooth face blocks, Colorbond Matte Monument Longline Cladding, spotted gum timber floorboards and concrete polished floors throughout and spotted gum timber on the external. 

Overall, we were very pleased with the end result of the project after the challenge of the site with mine subsidence, slope stability concerns and never before been constructed on. 

At completion of the project, the client was extremely pleased with the result and look forward to creating memories in their new home.
