Buildingwise worked on the beach-side residential home to create a modern extension to the rear of the property, including a pool house and suspended concrete balconies. We demolished the existing garage and brick shed, to then create a landscaped haven out the back. 

For the fresh feel the client was after, we agreed on rendered walls and blackbutt flooring throughout the extension. 

The client was extremely pleased with the building process throughout, and the end result.
