Asset Support Centre

Buildingwise Construction created a new collaborative office space for our clients from an empty shell. The work included the construction of 2 new conference rooms, meeting room, asset support room and a new situation centre for multiple companies (UGL & Progress Rail) to collaborate.

Buildingwise completed the project from start to finish from demolition through to handover. The job also allowed for Pacific National to have a secure space from warehouse operations below the office.

This project saw the Buildingwise team operate within all Pacific National & Progress Rail parameters (including daily work permits, site inductions, orange high vis, PPE, exclusion zones, coordinating deliveries).

• New floor coverings
• Full furniture fit-out
• Re-ran all new data & communications cabling
• New glazed walls with hush-glass
• New commercial grade kitchen
